1. (SBU) On July 16, 2007, we shared reftel summary of the 
Bioterrorism Decontamination Workshop with Vladimir Andreyev, Deputy 
Director of the MFA's Department of New Challenges and Threats.  On 
July 31, we also shared the workshop summary with Vladimir Prokhorov 
from the same office, who attended the workshop on behalf of the 
GOR. 
Neither offered a substantive response.
